Privacy policy
This Policy describes how Patverohq S.A.S. handles the personal data of people who visit or interact with patverohq.com. We wrote it in plain language because understanding what we do with your information is part of the trust we want to build.

Patverohq S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71823409-3, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 4750, Floor 8, C1426BTH, Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the data controller for the personal data obtained through this site. You can reach us at privacidad@patverohq.com for any request.
2. Data we process
We process data you voluntarily provide (name, email, message from the contact form) and technical data generated while browsing (truncated IP address, device type, pages visited, dates and consent events). We do not ask for sensitive data and do not collect special categories of data.
3. Why we use it
We use data to answer enquiries, provide the requested service, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and — only with prior consent given through the cookie banner — for analytics and advertising purposes. Any commercial communication will request a clear separate authorisation.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on your informed consent, on pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by you and on Patverohq S.A.S.’s legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, always in line with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and the standards in force in 2026.
5. Who we share data with
We may share data with technical providers (hosting, analytics, advertising tools such as Google Ads) acting under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For any international transfer we apply suitable clauses and safeguards.
6. Retention
Contact form data is kept for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for a reasonable period to evidence the support provided (maximum 24 months). Cookie consent records are kept for 12 months so we can prove your choice.
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update and delete your data, object to certain processing activities and withdraw your consent. Write to privacidad@patverohq.com indicating your request; we respond within the timeframes set by Argentine law and, if needed, you can file a claim with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logs and periodic reviews. No system is fully invulnerable, so we recommend you keep your credentials confidential.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the document; if the changes are material, we will announce them visibly.
